1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our shoes are made-to-order with precision and care. Please allow 7–14 business days for production after payment, plus additional time for shipping based on your location.
2. Do you offer nationwide delivery in Nigeria?
Yes, we deliver to all states across Nigeria. Shipping fees vary depending on your state and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Rates vary by country and will be displayed during checkout. You can also contact us directly for specific shipping inquiries.
4. Can I return or exchange my shoes?
We accept returns only in cases of defect or wrong item shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
5. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once production has started, we cannot cancel the order. If you need to make changes, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order.
6. How do I know what size to order?
Our sizes follow standard EU sizing. You can refer to our Size Guide here. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

We accept Paystack for local payments and Stripe for international orders. All major cards are supported.
11. Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
We currently run an online-only model, but pickups may be arranged on special request within Lagos.
